S9S is a terminal user interface (TUI) for SLURM workload manager that provides:

4. User Responsibilities

You retain all rights to your data, configurations, and content you create while using S9S.

6.3 Contributions

By contributing to S9S (code, documentation, etc.), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use your contributions under the project's open source license.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 As-Is Basis

S9S is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 System Compatibility

We do not guarantee that S9S will work with all SLURM configurations, operating systems, or terminal emulators. Compatibility may vary.

7.3 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur from using S9S. Always maintain proper backups of critical data.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall S9S, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • System downtime or service interruptions
  • Costs of substitute services
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use S9S

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid for any premium services, whichever is greater.
